Measure an existing necklace by laying it flat on a surface and measuring end to end including the clasp. Or wrap a string around your neck at the desired position and measure it.

Wrap a flexible tape measure around your wrist at the bone. Add 0.5 to 1 inch (1-2.5 cm) for a comfortable fit. For bangles, measure across the widest part of your hand.
